And they immediately replied and helped me . I have autism and ocd which is a nightmare for any costumer service . I asked them so many questions about something I am planning to buy and each time I got a reply and they always remained kind .
They have an easy and fun site to navigate And send items well packaged .
They give professional advice and are knowledgeable.

Fast One week Shipping to Arizona, USA! Very happy with Cyma Platinum CM.096B SR-47 and other accessories I purchased. Great communication from Taiwangun about shipping as well. Highly Recommended!

Great shop, dealt with them a few times, the last order UPS messed up and they refunded my order relatively hassle-free. I would definitely use them again if they use different couriers like DPD, GLS, DHL. But I have had such a bad experience with UPS from a few different retailers I won't do business with anyone who uses UPS.

The VSS shoots great and is a solid build. Looking forward to playing with it this next weekend.

Great products exactly as described but the shipping prices are a little high or i would give you 5 stars.

Really bad costumer service. The parcell was in excellent condition but the Airsoft was broken. Extremely late replies (4 to 5 days each) its been a month since I received it and I regret I gave money to this website. We are a group with lots replicas and this is the first time we got such a bad service. Literally evey other site is better. For shame

Package was lost in transit by ups but the customer service rep was happy to coordinate a solution and once that failed, a refund was granted without issue. Correspondence was always fast and responsive

I’m still in tg hell I guess parcel Has been in wypedy Poland going to customs and back again.6 times so far
4 emails and no reply oh but two automated ones
They changed the postal service saying it would be faster right now it’s 10 days in post 14 day since the sale
No response from tg no parcel
Had someone else’s tracking number sent to me too a parcel for Wayne in Brecon Wales sorry mate yours isn’t moving either
This is not the best sale I’ve had so far kInd of disappointed with the lack of customer service of any kind

He personally sorted my issue and issued a refund it seems tnt cannot delivery replica guns even though they told Taiwan gun they could do a new order is going in and ups are going to deliver I believe

Absolutely the worst airsoft shop out there. I wish I'd been here to read the reviews beforehand. Clearly they don't have any interest in improving their customer service skills. Excuse central when it comes to sorting out any customer-based issues. They'll happily take your money, but they'll work incredibly hard to make sure you don't get it back if there is a problem. The low prices certainly seem attractive, but the items never arrive.
Blame passing is the norm with TG. It's always a 'colleague' or 'the carrier' to blame, no one actually sorts the problems out. Item not arrived? Call back later. Item stuck in transit? Call back later. Order cancelled by TG but refund not sent? Call back later.
Today is apparently a day where they have no access to internet/the system, so they are unable to help me. But I bet they'll reply to this review.
Absolutely the worst shop of any kind, that I have ever come across. Stupid, rude staff.

My order has been stuck in hell for over 6 weeks. UPS need more info from Taiwan Gun to move forward, but TG is just ignoring myself and countless others! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! YOU WILL NOT GET YOU GEAR! Even stuff like mags and slings are getting caught up, it’s a nightmare and completely TG’s fault for false advertising!
